Fatima Ghani – Founder

Fatima Ghani is an NCA alumnus, creative strategist, and development communications professional with more than two decades of experience shaping ideas, campaigns, and stories that create meaningful public impact. As General Manager at Black Box Sounds, she has led and overseen communications initiatives, content projects, and public engagement campaigns for the United Nations, the World Bank, leading development organisations, and major corporate sector partners.

Her work brings together creative direction, strategic communication, visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of how ideas can influence attitudes and inspire action. She is also the founder of Xecute Innovations, where she has developed imaginative, experience-led concepts designed to engage children, families, and wider communities.

A lifelong dog lover, Fatima brings a deeply personal commitment to Pawtopia. She helps shape its vision, creative identity, and emotional core, ensuring that every aspect of the project remains rooted in empathy, dignity, and a genuine understanding of the bond between people and animals. Her role is to translate Pawtopia’s mission into a compelling, coherent experience that connects with the public, partners, donors, and future supporters.

Irshad Ali Khan – Co-Founder

Irshad Ali Khan is a USC alumnus, serial entrepreneur, creative producer, and business innovator with more than two decades of experience spanning the UK and Pakistan. His work sits at the intersection of entertainment, events, brand building, business development, and cultural innovation, with a consistent track record of identifying opportunities early and transforming ambitious ideas into commercially viable, widely recognised platforms.

Throughout his career, Irshad has been behind several industry firsts. He produced Pakistan’s first transmedia campaign and curated the country’s first international music festival, demonstrating an ability to combine creativity, technology, storytelling, and audience engagement in ways that were ahead of their time.

As Co-Founder of Black Box Sounds, he has played a central role in transforming the company from a specialist creative business into one of Islamabad’s most recognised and sought-after cultural and community platforms. Through a sustained programme of events, collaborations, and community-led experiences, he has helped build a powerful network around the brand, making Black Box Sounds a place people actively want to engage with, attend, and be associated with.

He is also the founder of Happeningz UK, Shake It, and Tauseeq Haider Men’s, and has developed strong cross-border relationships across government, artists, corporate partners, entrepreneurs, and business communities.

Tauseeq Haider – Global Ambassador

Tauseeq Haider is an internationally recognised television host, film and television actor, broadcaster, and cultural personality whose career has spanned nearly four decades. One of Pakistan’s most familiar and respected media figures, he has built a rare cross-generational following, connecting with audiences from Boomers and Millennials to Gen Z and Gen Alpha, both across Pakistan and throughout the global diaspora.

His commanding presence, distinctive voice, and enduring cultural relevance have made him a trusted household name across radio, television, film, and digital media. In recognition of his outstanding services and contribution to Pakistan, he has also been awarded one of the country’s highest civil honours.

Silveth Khawaja – Advisor Strategy & Growth

Silveth Khawaja is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, philanthropist, and experienced international strategy and finance professional. She serves as a Strategy Advisor and Board Member of Pawtopia, bringing senior-level expertise in investment, infrastructure finance, capital markets, corporate operations, and the development of early-stage businesses.

She is the Founder and Principal of Safina, a boutique finance firm specialising in large-scale infrastructure projects and venture capital. She also leads Globerator, a global accelerator programme that supports early-stage companies through mentorship, strategic networks, and access to capital.

Previously, Silveth was Co-Founder and Managing Member of Pan American Financial, a boutique investment bank and finance company focused on infrastructure projects across the energy, telecommunications, and real estate sectors. She also led the financial arm of a family office and has extensive domestic and international experience working with established organisations, investment ventures, and startup enterprises.

Silveth currently serves on the Advisory Board of A Level Capital, a venture capital firm investing in early-stage technology companies founded by Johns Hopkins University students and alumni. She is also an advisor to Talisman, an artificial intelligence company operating within the oil and gas sector.

Alongside her professional career, Silveth has a long record of philanthropy, community leadership, and public service. Her involvement has included Fannie Mae’s Help the Homeless programme, the American Pakistan Foundation, Open DC’s Women’s Leadership Forum, Young Ambitious Professionals in Politics, and NetSAP DC. Across these organisations, she has served in leadership, advisory, community service, and political engagement roles.

Her contributions have been recognised through several honours, including a Mayoral Service Award, the American Pakistan Foundation Community Empowerment Award, and a Dean’s Scholarship from Johns Hopkins University. She holds a bachelor’s degree from George Washington University and a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University.

Dr. Muhammad Ghani – Veterinary Care & Rehabilitation Advisor

Dr. Muhammad Ghani is a senior veterinarian, animal rehabilitation specialist, and one of Islamabad’s most trusted voices in companion animal care. He is the Founder and CEO of Strays Home Animal Rescue Foundation, Islamabad’s first registered animal rescue and rehabilitation shelter, established to provide rescued animals with medical treatment, recovery support, and the opportunity to live with dignity.

With extensive experience in veterinary medicine, rescue care, canine rehabilitation, and animal nutrition, Dr. Ghani has treated and supported a wide range of complex cases, from injured and neglected street animals to pets requiring long-term medical and behavioural care. He is widely trusted by the Islamabad community, expatriates, diplomats, and pet owners across Islamabad for his clinical expertise, compassionate approach, and deep understanding of animal wellbeing.

His work goes beyond treatment alone. Through years of hands-on rescue and shelter management, he has developed practical insight into rehabilitation systems, nutrition, disease prevention, population management, and the physical and emotional needs of dogs recovering from trauma, neglect, or abandonment.

At Pawtopia, Dr. Ghani helps shape the veterinary, rehabilitation, nutrition, and animal-care standards that underpin the entire welfare ecosystem. His experience ensures that Pawtopia’s sanctuary, rescue services, feeding programmes, and long-term care model remain medically sound, humane, and centred on the individual needs of every dog.

Zahid Maseeh – Canine Behaviour & Enrichment Lead

Zahid Abbas is an award-winning Master Canine Trainer with extensive hands-on expertise in dog behaviour, obedience, socialisation, and enrichment. Leading a team of professional trainers, he is trusted by dog parents and pet owners across Islamabad to work with dogs of varied breeds, temperaments, and energy levels.

His approach goes beyond basic command training. Zahid focuses on understanding the individual personality, instincts, and behavioural needs of each dog, creating structured routines that build confidence, improve communication, and encourage safer, more positive relationships between dogs and people. His experience is particularly valuable when working with high-energy dogs and animals requiring patient behavioural management, careful socialisation, and consistent engagement.

At Pawtopia, Zahid helps shape the behavioural care and enrichment systems at the heart of the sanctuary experience. He guides socialisation protocols, exercise and play routines, trainer-led activities, behaviour assessments, and individual development plans for rescued dogs. He also helps design engaging environments that allow dogs to explore, learn, play, and express their natural behaviours safely.

His role ensures that Pawtopia’s dogs receive more than shelter and physical care. They are given structure, stimulation, companionship, and the opportunity to rebuild confidence, develop emotional stability, and enjoy active, fulfilling lives.
